At Redbridge College we offer you a choice of ways in which to access our impartial information, advice and guidance services.
Advice in other languages
Many of our staff are bi-lingual. if you would prefer to receive information in a language other than English, please email info@redbridge-college.ac.uk with your name, contact number, and language preference. We will endeavour to call or email you in your chosen language. Please note that not all languages are available, nor at all times.
Languages covered by our staff include Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, Bengali, Syheti, French and German.
Online Support
We offer a live chat service (instant online messenger application), through which you can ask questions from members of our recruitment and customer services teams about courses, careers and college life.
Click here to return to the home page, and click on the Live Support button on the right-hand side of the screen. Please note that this service is available during weekday office hours, except for some all-staff training days and events.
Hearing Impairments
If you use a Minicom you can contact us on 020 8548 7111.
If you use British Sign Language, please contact us on info@redbridge-college.ac.uk to inform us of your communication requirement and arrange a time for you to come in. We will then ensure a qualified signer is available during your visit.
Visual Impairments
If you require information in alternative formats such as large print or audio CD, please contact the marketing team on 020 8548 7127 or 020 8548 7492. Please note that requests are dealt with on an individual basis, and there may be a delay of up to three weeks while we fulfil your request.
Face to face advice
If you would like impartial face to face information, advice and guidance about courses, careers and colleges, please drop into our Customer Service Centre at the Chadwell Heath Campus. During term-time the Centre is open from 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-3.30pm on Fridays. Outside of term-time we are open 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-3.30pm on Fridays.
Confidentiality
All information you give us will be treated in the strictest confidence except in circumstances when it is necessary to breach confidentiality and legal requirements demand we pass on information to outside agencies.
