E-learning

Information Technology

Redbridge College has over 550 brand new PCs and Apple Macs for student use, as well as laptops, scanners, colour laser jet printers, photocopiers and CD writers. This equipment is located throughout the College, including in the Learning Resources Centre, the Flex, and in dedicated IT classrooms which also boast state-of-the-art Interactive Smart Boards and projectors to enhance curriculum delivery.

All of our students will use IT equipment to enhance their learning experience at some point during their time at the College, as it is also a large part of the Functional Skills programme. Available software includes the Microsoft Office Suite, desktop publishing applications and music and video editing software.

Every student will have their own College email address, fast access to the internet via the College computers and a dedicated network space that is accessible day and night, both on campus and externally.
