FX Studios

FX Studios is part of the visual arts department of Redbridge College, whose aim is to offer students industrial experience in the fields of photography, video and film production and graphic design. Students work closely with Last Word Records to produce promotional videos, music videos, artists’ photo shoots and record covers. Additionally they also take part in the commercial running of the company on a daily basis.

Like Last Word Records our facilities are also available for hire by schools, offering a real life industrial experience to students and to outside clients for whom we can also produce commissioned work to their specifications and requirements.  We are comprehensively equipped with digital SLRs and a graphic design suite, and the latest high definition video cameras and editing facilities. We are also able to undertake post-production work, including video editing.

All staff are professionals working in the music, film and video and graphics industries, and are highly qualified and very experienced teachers.
