Venue Hire

Whether you need to hire a sports field or a sports hall, a classroom or a conference suite, a restaurant or even a salon, we can help with your venue requirements.

Redbridge College has a wide range of facilities available to hire, split across two campuses. We offer competitive rates and a range of additional services, such as onsite caterers and stage hire.

Chadwell Heath Campus

Located midway between Ilford and Romford, with extensive free parking available and good public transport links, this campus offers the below venues for hire:

• Hair Salons
• Beauty Salons

Ilford Campus

Located opposite Ilford rail station in the heart of Ilford Town Centre, this campus offers the below venues for hire:

• Conference facilities
• Classrooms/meeting rooms

Please ask for prices for the below additional services at the time of your venue booking, if required:

• Catering facilities
• Stage hire
• Event furniture: chairs, tables etc
• Computers and internet connection
• Smartboards
• Projectors
• Interactive tools such as remote survey buttons
• Technicians/support staff

Additional info:

• Prices are subject to change
• We offer a 5% discount on block bookings of five or more, and 10% on block bookings of 10 or more
• If you find a cheaper price elsewhere for a comparable facility and can provide written proof of this, we may be able to match the price
• Bookings can only be made for whole hours
• Weekend bookings are subjec to a minimum duration of four hours
• All capacities given are approximate and dependant on the layout of the event
• One security guard is sufficient for bookings involving less than 100 attendees. For bookings involving more than 100 attendees, an additional security guard is required, and the cost to cover this will be added to your booking (£16 per hour)
