Course Description
Come along and tantalise your taste buds in this exciting evening class, covering a range of Indian-style vegetarian snacks. It doesn’t matter what level you are, let our chefs guide you and inspire your confidence. Our classes are fun, interactive, relaxed and informative.
What qualifications do I get?
This is a leisure course so there is no qualification attached.
How will I be assessed?
As there is no qualification attached you will not need to be assessed. However you will be guided and supervised by our professionally trained chef.
What standards do I need in order to join the course?
There are no entry requirements for this course.
What will I study?
You will use fresh authentic ingredients to make flavourful Indian snacks. Supervised by our professional chef you will learn how to make Bhajis, Pakhoras and Samosas and learn skills that you can use again and again.
What equipment will I need
All ingredients and equipment will be supplied. You may want to bring a Tupperware container to take food home with you, or alternatively you can enjoy your meal immediately after finishing it.
