Young Chef's Saturday School
Do you have a passion for cooking? Are you aged between 11 and 16 years old? Our Young Chefs School takes place on Saturday mornings and lasts for 8 weeks cooking dishes from around the world.
HOW LONG IS THE COURSE AND WHEN WILL IT START?
The course will take place on Saturday mornings from 9:30am - 12:30pm and last for 8 weeks. Our Young Chef courses run during the spring and summer term
You must be aged between 11-16 years old.
WHAT WILL I STUDY?
This is a fun cooking course for young people, where you will learn top industry secrets from our specialist chefs.
HOW WILL I BE TAUGHT AND ASSESSED?
You will be taught by demonstration and experiential lessons, with a hands-on approach to learning.
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?
All equipment is available to use in our professional restaurant kitchens, basic foods will be supplied to create the dishes designed for the course.
PROGRESSION AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
This is a basic course for young learners – some of our current successful students started out on the Young Chefs programme.
